It all started on January 22, 2017 with one VERY odd phrase...

The day before, January 21, 2017, Sean Spicer, Donald Trump's original

press secretary, came to the podium, in an over-sized suit, irate at the

press for "falsely" claiming that the inaugural crowd size for Donald Trump

was less than that of President Barak Obama's in 2008 and 2012.  That's

correct.  One of the first things this administration decided to brief the

American people on was FALSELY claiming that more people witnessed

Trump's inauguration than witnessed Obama's.  First off, there are pictures

to the contrary!  Secondly, who cares how many people stood on the mall to

listen to the creepiest speech by a president on swearing in day?  So on the

following day, Trump sent his most ardent champion, Kellyanne Conway, out

to the Sunday shows to "double down" on his crowd size conspiracy.  And so

it was born, the one very odd phrase that would ultimately define his

presidency - ALTERNATIVE FACTS!  Little did we realize that at the end of

Donald Trump's presidency, he would have told in excess of 30,500 lies!

In these tumultuous times, when it seems that the world we live in becomes more tribal everyday, we here at opinion-8ed! had the bright idea that interjecting a little wit might ratchet things down a bit... albeit one refrigerator or filing cabinet at a time.

Ten percent of proceeds go directly to charities addressing child welfare and environmental justice issues - just some of the areas we need to protect after four years of the previous administration.

Our magnets and bumper stickers are meant to be tiny billboards, commentary on current events, political predicaments (calling out our leaders when they say/do stupid $#!*) and all 'round general incidents.  Opinions, nothing more - nothing less, intended to elicit a smile.
